God gave Lorna Lisk the gift of healing (1 Corinthians 12) in 1989. With the help of her husband Thom, she has been extending God’s healing love for the past 16 years to His people in 25 large cities in USA, in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Australia and Canada. Through her, God has made the blind see, the deaf hear and the lame walk. He has instantly healed several hundreds of people of pain in various parts of their bodies. Hundreds with vision and hearing defects were able to instantly see clearly and hear normally. He has healed people of heart disease, paralysis, cancer, high blood pressure, cataract, bursitis, arthritis, high blood sugar, allergy, vertigo, insomnia, narcolepsy, neuropathy and other diseases. Spiritual and emotional healing of anger, pride, envy, fear, anxiety attacks, addictions, depression, etc. have taken place. Petitions for material needs have been answered. Lorna has ministered to more than ten thousand people. She has conducted healing services for parishes after Masses, for Charismatic, Rosary and Cum Christo groups, seminarians, nuns, prisons, schools and prayed over priests.
She is founder-president of Worldwide United Prayer for Christ (WUPC), a 14-year old prayer network with millions of prayer partners in 54 countries in 5 continents. For the diocese of Columbus, Ohio, she was Catholic Woman of the Year for 2002 and is the author of a book “Boost Your Prayer Power”. She gives talks on this subject and on Spiritual and Emotional Healing. Having been listed in the World Who’s Who of Women, she has degrees in B.S. Chemical Engineering and M.S. Chemistry. She has the apostolic blessings of Pope Benedict XVI and Pope John Paul II. WUPC and the healing and evangelism ministries of Lorna and Thom are listed in the latest National Catholic Charismatic Renewal Leadership Directory.
Before a potential audience of 20 – 25 million, she and Thom hosted a radio religious talk show in Manila, Philippines for six months. Here they also promoted WUPC. Thom is the Founding President of the diocesan Catholic Men’s Fellowship of Central Ohio (renamed Catholic Men’s Ministry)with four other founding officers and members, and the former Christian Business Management Association in Columbus, Ohio. In their church, he leads a Bible Study. He gives speeches to Knights of Columbus, Rotary Clubs and other religious and charitable organizations. He is the owner/CEO of Professional Speakers Bureau International and is a professional speaker (seminar leader) and author of four books including "Noble Leadership" and "Success As A Professional Speaker".
